These unprecedented times can make in-person meetings tricky but, even virtually, I hit it off with Matthew and Stephanie immediately. We initially met over video chat and the first thing I noticed was the drum set behind them. Quickly, we bonded over our shared music connection. Matthew is an avid drummer and his daughter is learning the bass. He’s even teaching her to play Tool songs!
From there, the search for their perfect home was a breeze. We ultimately found the couple and their two children a gorgeous, completely unique modern farm home in Dunthorpe. They’re very excited about being a part of the community and the great schools for their kids.
