Sathya & Tom were referred to me by a dear and recent past client. They were thinking of buying in Portland for when they eventually decide to move here in a few years. We had a great phone conversation and I figured we’d be looking for a few months to find the perfect home they were looking for. A few weeks later when they flew in to PDX, the PERFECT listing came on that I knew was the one for them (I even wanted to buy it myself!). I had a whole list of other homes to visit as well, knowing the Multnomah Village home would be “the one”. Sure enough, MV became the one to which all others were compared! The home turned into a hot listing with multiple offers…I had many conversations with the list agent and Sathya & Tom trusted the process to create a perfect offer that beat the others.
