Earlier this Spring my clients Brooke and Jeff reached out about purchasing a home Tigard. We have worked together before and I was honored when they asked for my help again. They already had an ideal location and price point in mind and we discussed how competitive it might be to find a home in that area. As we prepared ourselves for a potentially long and difficult search, this charming one-story ranch came on the market in the much beloved Hambach Park neighborhood.
