For Gary and Rose, the biggest priority was moving to be closer to their son, Steve, in Portland. They are retired and until now, had been spending their time in Eugene. We’d looked into a few different 55+ communities but when we found this house, it was everything they wanted. In fact, during the first tour we couldn’t find Gary! Turns out he’d already been across the street making friends with the neighbors. He and Rose will enjoy a lovely home with a wall of windows in the living room, several golf courses for Gary within driving distance, and plenty of walking paths. Congratulations to these two and I wish them the very best as they start a new chapter!
