I’m so excited for my friends Rosie and Michael, the new owners of this roomy ranch-style home in Parkrose Heights. We go back all the way to my days in NYC, but they are recent Portlanders! Tired of renting, small apartments, and some particularly hard days in the early days of 2020, they decided it was time to try the West Coast. They scored this lovely abode with plenty of room, gorgeous wood floors, natural light, and an amazing back yard. The best part? It’s right down the street from some of their close friends. I love it when things just work for fantastic people. Congratulations to Rosie and Michael, and welcome to the Rose City!
