Congratulations to Tim and Trudy, the new owners of this fantastic cottage in riveting Roseway. They are moving from Boston to be closer to their daughter in Portland. At the beginning of the search, we had a few stipulations we needed to adhere to: Tim is a professional photographer, so we needed a home with lots of wall space for photos. They both wanted an older home with lots of character in Northeast. Immediately after stepping through the front door, it became clear this was the one. Tons of wall space, a beautiful backyard, and an abundance of light were what really stood out. I am so excited for these two as they begin their bicoastal life.
