3 cheers for JD and Emily, the proud new owners of this charming ranch home in Raleigh Hills/West Slope. JD is a retired navy helicopter pilot and they two of them currently live in San Diego. They are quite excited to start a new life in Portland. We’d worked with Emily’s sister, Lindsay, earlier this year and she was kind enough to refer us when it was time for the move. We were ready for a long, tough bidding process but luckily were successful in the first try on this home. It has an amazing private backyard that will be perfect when Lindsay and her kids come over. A big shoutout to Dill Ward at Living Room who repped the seller; it was great to have an all “Living Room” transaction. Congrats all around!
