Just Sold! Scenes of Sellwood Splendor

Hurray for Dustin and Dawn! They are moving to The Rose City from Texas for a career opportunity with their three children.  We looked at several homes during our search, but none of them had the space they were looking for. Whilst in a short term Sellwood rental, this spot came on the market just down the street. It’s got everything going for it: within walking distance to shopping and restaurants, close to school, and plenty of space. We tried to get it under contract, and someone else beat us.  When their deal fell through, the Payne’s hopped on it, and this time we were successful.  They’re super excited and can’t wait to move in!
