Join me in congratulating Christina and Scott! They are first time home buyers, and this was their second accepted offer. The first had some challenges, but as it turns out, everything works out for a reason and this home is fantastic. They wanted a home that had plenty of space to entertain during football games, a big kitchen, and a dining room that was large enough to host for Thanksgiving. In addition, it has a backyard for their puppy dog, which was something they really wanted. Huge shoutout to our team’s Jim Scolastico who took the lead on this one.
