Congratulations to Barry and Barbara! They just closed on their new home on the South Waterfront! They’re are the parents of a dear friend of mine, and I was honored to help them in their search for a perfect PDX home. Living on the OR coast, they’d been looking for the right condo for their return to Porltand. This one hit all of the marks. There’s lots of space, an extra bedroom, a gorgeous terrace, and lots of great walking paths for their pup. I’m thankful to them for making this a smooth transaction.
