A big congratulations to Morgyne and Jason, who just closed on this remarkable bungalow in the beautiful Sellwood/Westmoreland neighborhood. Built in 1900, this home oozes character, history, and charm. These two are moving from the Bay Area and are so excited for a new life, new home, and new city. They bring with them a pup named Bodhi Good Dog, and two cats named Fu and Rogue. Thank you to Own It Portland’s Brian Nagel who was there for the entire course of the transaction.
