A big Own It Portland congratulations to Andrea and her son Matthew. Andrea is a stellar agent living in California and working at Compass. She and Matthew purchased this home as an investment opportunity and as a place for Matthew to live as he attends college in Portland. In the world of real estate, it’s not often that transactions go as smoothly as this one did. It was an absolute pleasure working with them, and I am so happy to have made a California connection.
