Congratulations to Eric and Cobie who just closed on this stunning West Linn home. It has so much space and tons of light making it the ultimate multi-generational home. Coming all the way from Pittsburgh, Eric and Cobie are excited for their life on the West Coast. Parents to three amazing kiddos, quality schools were incredibly important to them, as was a safe neighborhood. Everyone had that magic feeling when we stepped into this home. I’m so excited for this awesome family. Own It Portland’s Jim Scolastico was referred to these two through a friend, and was amazing throughout this process.
