Patrick and Cory have been my star January clients. They are amazing homeowners, taking a distinct pride in the space which they call home. Earlier in the month, we worked on getting their home in Gladstone ready for the market. It flew, receiving multiple offers on the first day of listing. Today, we celebrate their second transaction with my team this month. I’m proud to say Patrick and Cory are the new owners of this amazing Woodburn home. This turn of the century home is full of charm, space, and character (and a sauna!). It’s been a pleasure to work with these folks. Patrick and Cory: thank you for your trust.
