My clients just closed on the dreamiest townhome in Lair Hill. The townhome is one of a few townhomes and condos that were developed in the adorable Lair Hill neighborhood. The developer did not skimp or cut corners…the idea behind the entire development was to pay respect to the architectural integrity of the neighborhood. Nothing cookie cutter. And they did just that.
