Land, Lots and Building

By Living Room Realty, April 2, 2019

Good things come to those who wait. My client Justine was looking for a coastal getaway in the Nehalem Bay area. Naturally in such a small community the housing inventory is very limited. She wanted to be in this neighborhood as her Uncle had recently moved to the area from California and her mother (his sister) wanted to spend summers here away from the hot humid New York coast. With three potential properties we narrowed it to the top one which checked most of the boxes. Unfortunately, multiple offers came in and with an escalation clause we lost out. The upside is there was a vacant lot right next to her Uncles property but it was not for sale. Upon contacting the owner tey agreed to sell the lot. The end result is Justine is getting to build the exact house she wants in the perfect location. Cheers to the whole family. Dave Leach, Broker licensed in Oregon.
