After a couple of months of little to no business, Manzanita is opening back up making all the local folks and businesses very happy. It is great to see people coming back to the beach and enjoy the sunshine. One thing that seems to be clear is people are wanting to shelter in a small coastal town and get out of the city during the pandemic. One of my favorite clients referred Larry and Sandy to me and we found a new beach getaway for them in no time which was great as the inventory had been so low. It was the perfect 4 bedroom/4bath home where they could spend the summer with close family. The house sits up on the North side of town and has some great ocean and mountain views. Did I say Larry and Sandy were great clients. Always super responsive and moving fast so we were able to secure this property against a competing offer. They had their ducks lined up and brought a sense of urgency and humor to the home buying process. I am happy they will be in the neighborhood and will be a great addition to this community.
