Log Jam, but seller and buyer finally got through it and were able to make the sale happen. You think you have it resolved, and then a new jam happens. You start to work through it again and finally make it happen. We had a few jams along the way in this transaction, but sticking to it and keeping everyone in line on what they really wanted paid off in the end. Everyone learns something from each connection we have.

Beautiful views of Mt Hood from almost every room, what a great place this will be for years to come.
