No Two Transactions Are Alike!

By Martin Cross, July 31, 2019

While, most real estate transactions have some similarities such as the offers, inspections, possible repairs and appraisal, each with their unique possible variables, sometimes we find ourselves in deals that require A LOT more ingenuity, negotiating and hoop jumping skills. But with a lot of patience and perseverance we can always get through it.  It’s during the most stressful of those times that I remember to take little breaks to take in the beauty that surrounds us.
