I want to give a warm welcome to Milli and Kevin for landing this great beach front home. We met a couple years back and had looked at homes everytime they got out to the coast. While there were several good options along the way, one house stuck out to them. Unfortunately it had been sold 18 months earlier. Well good news came on the day before they headed back to the east coast. The previous owners were getting transferred to the east coast themselves and decided to sell. We quickly got our offer together and then a second offer came in as well. Oh we were so close yet competing and not sure we would land this one into escrow. Well all is well that ends well and we got our offer accepted. Milli and Kevin packed up their two sons and landed here to celebrate this weekend and the Oregon coast and it was a perfect weekend of sunshine in a great beachfront home.
