A big shout out to Mark, Shannon and Ruby for the great find on the hillside on Oceanside. We had worked together for about 9 months looking for the perfect beach getaway and we scored. It is perched up on the hillside with amazing ocean views, outdoor deck, fireplace, and on a quiet street. With two bedrooms it is the perfect size for this family. While it needed some updating, the basic structure was sound and within months the remodel will be complete giving them the exact beach getaway they were looking for under budget.
