When you know, you know. Many buyers feel like they need to see 5-10 homes before making an offer…not Justin. He’d been watching this area and this condo complex in Multnomah Village for quite a while. When a unit came on, he called and said “it’s the one, can we go check it out?”. After getting him preapproved, I called for a showing. Sure enough, a 5 minute walk through later and he said “I’d like to offer!”. We got him in (under list!) and closed in 3 weeks.
