Persistence (and patience) pays off

By Living Room Realty, May 28, 2020

Despite the somewhat shut down world we are living in following stay safe at home orders, real estate prevails. The ‘first time buyer’ market is hotter than ever and multiple offers are commonplace.

Hannah and Nolan have been saving money and planning to buy a house for a year, and when they both started working from home – they were extra motivated to get moving!

We carefully starting looking at homes, deciding what were the most important features for their new home: at least one home office space, a decently updated kitchen with a gas stove, and a backyard for their pup to live out his golden years.

Twice Hannah and Nolan were beat out in bidding wars, so we changed strategy a bit and looked at a home that had been on the market for more than 3 weeks. Right away Nolan saw the potential…and was able to get Hannah to envision the end product…new French doors and paint.

Soon these amazing, young buyers will graduate to be homeowners!
