What comes on the marker and is immediately sold? A cute maintained cottage under $500K that is literally steps the beach. My clients saw it online jumped in the car and drove down from Seattle and we scored. It has ocean and Neahkahnie views and an oversized lot and only three houses from the beach! The golf course and state park are close and the village is just a short walk. Caveat here is that they started looking a year ago and watched the market closely.
