Liz and Katie’s rental house was getting a little too cozy during out ‘Stay Safe at Home’ order. They got pre-approved for a mortgage and starting thinking about buying a house. Their casual search caught fire; they contacted me and we looked a house the very next day! These sisters don’t so anything half-paced. Whether biking, snowboarding, sailing, or buying a house – they jump in with both feet. They’re fearless, but not reckless. As a nurse and an architect, their heads are on straight and they were prepared for this.
After a missing out on a few homes, they found the one in Milwaukie – close enough to the city to bike to work, but amongst the trees to fill the need of being in the country.
