I met Yu-Han and her crew at an open house on a day where I had no childcare so our daughter, Sadé Bloom, had her cash register with her ringing up everything in the house as people came through. As I was talking with Yu-Han, I start to see little Sadé Bloom begin to hand her money and we all cracked up. There was an instant connection.
A few days later I got a message from Yu-Han saying that she felt that connection and my daughter paying her off worked and she wanted to work together to find her home. 4 days later we met for our buyer consult over our mutual love, bubble tea. And went straight to look at 6 homes. After our 6th home we called it a day and processed the pluses and minuses of each home, till Yu-Han narrowed down her top pick. We put in her offer and within a day we were in contract. Everything I have found with Yu-Han is methodical and well thought out and planned. There’s no funny business just straight forwardness. And yet, she has a huge heart and always encouraged me to bring Sadé Bloom along when I could. And so Sadé Bloom was at her inspection, where I read to them both baby Bloom’s story books.
Yu-Han ended up getting a sweet deal and closing in 3 weeks thanks to her stellar lender, Kim Liu w/ First Tech.
I am so excited for this beautiful lady and so blessed to have her in our lives.
