A couple years back I met Mike and Lisa and they were looking for a small beach cabin in Manzanita. We looked for a while and did not find the right property. Next thought was to meet a builder and look at lots, but again we decided to put things on hold. This summer we expanded our search outside of Manzanita and started to look in Cannon Beach and they right property popped up. It was just a couple houses back from the beach and next to a great spot where the waves break. Being that Mike and Lisa were both big surfers it was perfect location. All they had to do was grab their surfboards and walk a few yards down to the beach! There is no loading up the van with surfboards and gear.
