First comes love, then comes marriage, then comes the baby in the baby carriage?? Or….first comes the house, then comes the demo, then comes the dream house on the lot?

That’s the plan for this young family, and I’m so excited to be a part of the process. Step one: accomplished.  We found the perfect lot (with a little house) in Lake Oswego, over 1/2 acre, flat, just enough trees, quite street. Our due diligence period revealed that they could make it all work…and in budget!
