The Future is Bright: Movie Nights & Family Fun

By Living Room Realty, November 17, 2020

Matt and Rosie came to my team with very specific needs for their first home together: a theater room for movie nights and space for visiting family. We found two homes that fit the bill fairly quickly, but they were the back-up offer on both. Finally, their patience paid off and they locked down their dream home in Mt Scott Arleta. Built in 2006, the place has a classic feel with plenty of modern conveniences including updated kitchen with quartz countertops and open wood shelving, new AC, keypad entry on the garage and a Nest thermostat. The location is hard to beat, right between Woodstock and Mt. Scott Park. Congratulations, Matt and Rosie!
