It’s always a pleasure to help someone buy their first home but it’s the ultimate compliment when they reach out again to buy their second house! This was the case with my recent client. I helped him purchase a townhome in Hillsboro a few years ago and when he was ready to move into a larger space, I was honored that he reached out again.
In the years since he purchased his first home, he had met someone and his job situation had changed. Now he was looking for more room and a better location.
