After the inspection, the inspector will provide a written report detailing their findings. It is important to review the report carefully and address any concerns with the seller before moving forward with the sale.
It is important to note that a home inspection is not a guarantee that all issues with a property have been identified. It is a visual examination and not a guarantee of future performance. Also, it is not a code inspection, meaning that the inspector will not be checking if the property is up to code.
