I’ve known Veronica for some time now, but mostly through association. Recently while at a mutual friend’s engagement party the topic of her boyfriend looking for a home came up. One of my best friends, Beeno, mentioned that looking at homes was what I do. The rest worked itself out! Veronica was gracious enough to set me up with an introduction with her boyfriend, Nate and we immediately started looking at homes.
We looked at numerous homes over 2 weekends and just closed on their new home!! Best part… It’s only two blocks from my own. It means so much when friends’ of mine talk to other friends’ of mine when the topic of real estate comes up. It’s almost literally the only way I get business, so a big thank you to Beeno (He got a Pendleton Blanket for his work)!
The best part of this was it was Win-Win. I get better neighbors and Nate and Veronica move into an awesome home in a great neighborhood. They’re even close to Heart, they’re favorite coffee shop! Super happy with the way this all turned out. Looking forward to having them in the neighborhood!
