Shaver Street has been the hub for some major development the past few years, and The Hakoya Lofts is one of the most interesting multi-unit buildings to have gone in. I was lucky enough to get to tour the place at it’s grand opening, and it’s been one of those condos that has just stuck in my mind ever since.
When Daniel and Kyla decided it was time to buy a condo, they wanted an expert in the nuances of purchasing that type of home in this market. After searching online for the right agent, they emailed me and we set up a time to chat and see what their needs were.
