On April 10th Aryne + Dulcinea participated in the first ever ADU Roundtable hosted by Consolidated Community Credit Union. It was a great day of discussion about all things ADU and we were honored to be included. Other attendees included ADU manufacturers, retailers, city planners, lenders, architects, designers and ADU owners. Discussion focused on improving quality of life and supporting Portland’s growing population with ADUs, understanding the roadblocks to ADU financing and construction and learning about the market for ADUs – who’s buying and building and how this will change the way households and families live together. We’re looking forward to the ongoing discussion with all of these valuable stakeholders.
