Coast Living Room Realty Turns 4!

By Tosha Reinmiller, February 7, 2018

I can’t believe it’s already been 4 years since I made the decision to jointly open the Coast Living Room office here in Manzanita. Time flies when you’re working hard and having fun. Honestly, it felt like just yesterday we we’re installing our sign and opening our doors!

After working at Kamali Sotheby’s for two years, I’d come to the realization that there was a real estate need here at the coast that was not being fully met. I was drawn to Living Room’s approach: establishing a sincere connection with their clients built upon integrity, joy and transparency! With my design background, local knowledge and passion for the area from growing up and living at the coast, to my learned expertise from working in the field, I knew I could rise to meet that need.

In hindsight, the decision to design, open and operate a realty office less than 6 months after getting my brokers license could be viewed as crazy by some, but I like to think of it as commitment. As the incomparably wise Nelson Mandela once said, “it is better to make decisions based out of hope than to make decisions based out of fear”. Living fearfully is simply no way to live at all so I prefer to lead with passion. Within the last four years I’ve added a licensed assistant to my team and become a Principal Broker, all in order to expand my services and better serve the coast.

Opening the Coast Living Room Office has been an incredible and positive experience! It has expanded Living Room’s ability to assist our clients in buying and selling their homes not only in the Portland area but the diverse market that I couldn’t be more proud to represent Living Room Realty in, here at the coast. Living Room at the Beach, just another great reason to visit the coast!
