Growing up in SE Sellwood, Collin’s childhood was immersed in the joy of living among a tight-knit community in a walkable neighborhood. As a bicycle enthusiast, Collin spends the weekends bike racing around the Pacific NW, and was looking for just the right home for himself and his bikes. He wanted something close in, very walkable, easy to commute around the east side. We discovered just the right spot right around the corner from Living Room Realty’s NE Alberta Street office. Kept up with immaculate care, the seller was leaving after more than a decade in her home to be with family in Mississippi. The sweet, 3 bedroom bungalow on NE Webster captured the exact location and features he was looking for. From the primary suite’s skylights to the basement’s high ceilings, this place truly had all the right touches. The seller and listing agent were fantastic to work with, making our engagement enjoyable and memorable. The icing on this transaction’s cake was working with local lender, Tia Anderson and her team, who closed this a week early to have Collin in his new home for the holidays!
