Char came to me this summer just days before a big landmark birthday. (I won’t tell you which one, afterall, you never ask a lady her age!) She was ready for something big this year. Char always dreamed of having a home to call her very own. Surrounded by family and friends we embarked on the search to find the perfect home in this crazy Portland market. Then this adorable bungalow came back on the market and it was perfect. The inspection uncovered some major issues, but with some negotiating we were able to get a full credit for the repairs. We closed just a couple days after Thanksgiving and she will be in her new home right before Christmas!
