I met Bryan and Kathe at an open house. They had moved to Portland three years ago from northern California because the wildfires had limited their options for finding a home. Being this would be their first home, I made it my mission to have fun finding the right house while making the process as smooth as possible.
Making a purchase this big for the first time can be overwhelming with everything you have to take into consideration like the current market atmosphere to the unpermitted half bath in the basement but they were cool, collected and asking the right questions to make an informed decision.
