I met Luke when he started looking for a place in NE Portland to return to after being gone for some time. He wanted a small home with extra space for a studio/ workspace and a nice sized yard.
This home has a detached garage that was artistically created by the current owners father, and fit the bill. We managed some open permits on the property with a great agent, seller and city inspector all working together. The transaction went smoothly, and Luke ended up with a unique property in a neighborhood he is excited about. Welcome back to Portland!
