First time home buyers, Holly and Dillon are buying their forever home in Happy Valley. After studying and starting their professional careers in other states, they are coming back to Dillon’s native Portland to settle as a family.
Their search started in NE Portland, close to family and where their temporary rental was. However, as they explored other potential locations, their focus shifted to Happy Valley.
In Happy Valley they could afford a bigger lot, a house with more amenities, views and tranquility. The market was competitive in this rapidly developing area and, after loosing on their first purchase attempt, they had their offer accepted on what it is now their new home.
The property answers all the requirements: space for their growing family, a dedicated home office, a gorgeous outdoor area and quality construction.
My hope is that they are forever happy in Happy Valley.
