After my client broke the highest sales record in Concordia just a month ago, we followed up that statistical win with the second of the two homes.  Sitting right off Fernhill Park, 5908 NE 37th, with its detached ADU, didn’t disappoint.  A quick sale wrapped up with a sales price of $1,195,000.  I am so happy for my client and so pleased to set a new bar in the Concordia community.
