Paint! Whenever clients ask me what is the best return on investment for their house, paint is typically the answer. The right paint color (and sheen) can transform a room or exterior. Paint is relatively inexpensive…the main cost factor here is the labor, but it’s also an easy DIY activity.
Check the before and after on my client’s house that just recently sold. The interior was already dialed in (no staging needed), but the exterior was in dire need of some style. Enter paint. We chose a dark, green/blue custom shade and what a difference it makes!
