Going… Going… gone.

By Hans Tonjes, February 21, 2020

The ‘season’ is always here at the coast. This Neahkahnie charmer went sale pending in 2 days, closed in 11 more. It’s a good time to buy but inventory is low and vigilance is the order of the day. We have not seen a better time to sell here in over 10 years. I’m ready to help with any of your real estate needs on the North Oregon coast. Please contact Hans Tonjes – 503-936-4244 – hans@livingroomre.com
