Selling a rental property can be challenging. Tenants need lead time to find a new place and sellers and buyers need to be prepared for a transaction that may take longer than the typical 30-45 days. So, I would like to congratulate my seller Darrell, as well as the buyers, on the successful close of a lovely house in NE Portland.
