This one was interesting: a place so far gone that we initially
thought that it might be a tear down. You could tell that with some
love and hard work that it could be brought back to life, so we priced
it as a heavy fixer. The unique thing about this one was the fact that
we listed the house next door at the same time: that never happens!
The place next door was solid, cute, good to go. The fixer was
busier! Over 1000 views on RMLS in a matter of days, and the offers
came soon thereafter. The fixer market is overheated to say the least.
And no sign of slowing down, at least till Q4, when everything is
slow…
