One of the best parts of this job is helping past clients sell the home you helped them acquire years prior. This sale was special on many fronts, but certainly for that reason. Years ago I had the privilege of helping Mat and Jill purchase this home. When it came time for them to sell our friendship and collaboration as a team was seamless from start to finish.
