Blog Buyer 50's Charmer fit for Three

50’s Charmer fit for Three

By Jené DeSpain, September 11, 2020

A corner lot, across from a large park, complete with a sunken living room and expansive yard – this 1950’s Mid Century Stunner was just what my clients were hoping for. Upon our first visit to the house, they immediately connected to the family selling the home. They could see the love and care the sellers had put into the place and shared their sense of aesthetic style. While it was a multi-offer situation, I carefully crafted their offer so they could showcase their strengths as buyers, and they won!

We had an incredibly smooth transaction with the entire team involved from lender to listing agent. I could not be more thrilled with how everything went. We even got to hire the Living Room Maintenance Team for a small repair (which they rocked – Love our Maintenance Team).  Congratulations Dustin and Michelle! I am so excited for you and all the joy you will experience in your new home.
