The feeling of reaching a huge goal, checking off a major bucket list item, finally seeing your hard work and dedication pay off – there’s nothing like it. For these two buyers the journey to homebuying was a slow burn, but one that was well worth the wait. They came into the market prepared, having saved up for their down payment and with a very good idea of what their “make it or break its” were. We set off on our mission to find their dream home, with high hopes that the right one was out there.
When it’s right, it’s right. It didn’t take long at all for us to find what would be their new home. Full of character and charm, there was no second-guessing that we had found the one they had been waiting for.
