Just built 4 years ago, I always admired this modern home on Beach Street one house back from the ocean. It had a great deck on the front and a nice patio on the side with wind protection. While just shy of 1,600 square feet, it had two master suites and three full baths. Wide and tall windows across the front of the home take in the views of the ocean and Neahkahnie Mountain. The location was great as well as sit was close to the village, golf course and city park. It is going to make the new owners a great part time of full time home. However, I am sad to see the sellers Diane and Jim leave the community. They were a great addition to Manzanita, but wishing them well in their new home in Carmel Valley!
