With record low inventory, yes only four houses on the market today versus the usual sixty. You might ask why? Everyone is working from home and wanting out of the city. Sellers want a get away since you cannot travel outside of the US. This combination with the regular beach home buyers has lead to record low levels of inventory, multiple offers and increasing prices. It’s a great time if you want to sell your home or vacant lot. Thus, after 6 months of hoping the right house would come on the market, my buyers are starting to buy vacant lots and plan their own dream home. Congrat to Wayne and Marie for taking the leap.
